How small Changes can Transform Your Life

Most of the people usually think that they have to do something enormous to change their life.


But they end up exhausted and demotivated. Do you know why?


Because of this mindset, they put a huge burden on their back.


I know everybody is selling these overnight miracles: 10-minute abs, losing weight without exercise, making 500.000$ within two hours.


But let's be honest. It doesn't work.


No one has a cheat code for life and success. And if you fall for these things, you gonna be lost.


You can not change your life overnight.


You need a big portion of self-control, hard work, and consistency. Life happens and gives you obstacles so eventually, you will feel like you want to give up.


The only way to change your life is to take it step by step.


Make small changes and keep doing them every single day. Choose one or two and implement them into your daily life.


Small changes can have a big impact on your life.


In Japan, they have the word Kaizen. Where Kai means Change and Zen means Better.


I learned this philosophy in one of the companies where I worked. I loved what it represented, so I started using it in my life.


The overall goal of kaizen is to make small changes over some time to create improvements. This change can have a huge impact in the future.


For example: I decided to take some supplements daily. But I had them in the cupboard, and I always forgot to take them. So I moved them on the counter, and now, every morning when I do my breakfast, I see them right in front of me. Problem solved.


Another example can be that I prepare my gym clothes on the bed every evening. Thanks to that, when I wake up I just get dressed and go to the gym. I don't have time to think about if I want to go, what should I wear, etc. All the decision-making is done in the evening. So it's much easier for me to be consistent with my workouts.


Every single habit and small change is about self-control and discipline.


You have to get out of your comfort zone because everything inside will never lead to change.


If you want to achieve a better life, you need to sacrifice something.


Sacrifice means developing new habits and getting rid of the bad ones. You don't have to sacrifice your whole life and change everything in one go.


This will never lead to success. Because it's simply too much to digest.


Sometimes you need to let go of things that are holding you back. It could be a toxic friend, it could be fast food, it could be watching TV every single night. Or any other thing you are addicted to, and you want to chage.


Keep the future in mind. Who do you want to became? What that person would do differently?


These small changes may seem insignificant at first. However, they can create a ripple effect that positively influences various aspects of your life.


In conclusion, changing one thing will set in motion a chain of positive transformations in your life.

If you start today at the end of the year you will be a completely different person. You will develop lasting results.
